Nestled on over 2 acres of marsh and Intracoastal waterfront, this Marsh Landing home offered unbeatable views and deep-water access—but the original 1994 construction no longer fit the lifestyle or style of its new owners.

Before moving in, the homeowners partnered with Elite Construction of Jax for a full renovation of the home’s interior and exterior. With original finishes throughout—including the kitchen, laundry,butlers pantry layout, and staircases—the goal was to modernize the home without compromising its natural setting or structural integrity.
