Completely Reimagined

Nestled on over 2 acres of marsh and Intracoastal waterfront, this Marsh Landing home offered unbeatable views and deep-water access, but the original 1994 construction no longer fit the lifestyle or style of its new owners.

Before moving in, the homeowners partnered with Elite Construction of Jax for a full renovation of the home’s interior and exterior. With original finishes throughout, including the kitchen, laundry, butler’s pantry layout, and staircases, the goal was to modernize the home without compromising its natural setting or structural integrity.

What We Did

  • New cabinetry, reimagined layout including butlers pantry & wine room, luxury materials, and upgraded appliances

  • Seamless flooring installed throughout main and upper levels for visual continuity

  • Completely refinished two staircases for a refreshed and polished look.

  • We gave the entire exterior, including the roof, a fresh coat of paint. The result is a cohesive look that feels both elevated and inviting, inside and out.

  • Modern finishes and functional storage blended into the design vision

  • Opened and refined for a better connection to the view and main living spaces
