PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FLORIDA
A Home Reinvented by Elite Construction of Jax
A Classic Ponte Vedra Home, Thoughtfully Reimagined
Set on a quiet cul-de-sac in Ponte Vedra Beach, this 3-bedroom home offered strong potential—but its layout, failing stucco, and dated finishes no longer met the needs of its new owners.
Before moving in, the homeowners partnered with Elite Construction of JAX for a full interior and exterior renovation. Key updates included a custom kitchen with quartz countertops and a statement island, fully reimagined bathrooms with luxury finishes, new interior trim, floating shelves, and a refined lighting plan.
Outside, the home received a complete stucco replacement, new Tremron pavers, and fresh paint—bringing durability, modern appeal, and renewed charm to this classic Florida residence.
