How We Plan Your Home

Before we ever break ground, we sit down with you on floor plans and material selections so there are no surprises once construction starts. We even build 3D sketches of your home so you can see how the sun will move through it at different times of day, room by room. That means you know ahead of time how morning light will hit the kitchen, or how the master bedroom will feel in the evening, and we can adjust window placement and layout accordingly. It is a level of detail most builders skip, but it makes a real difference in how a finished home actually feels to live in.

We also handle permitting with St. Johns County and the City of Jacksonville, and we’re experienced working within HOA architectural review requirements for communities throughout the area.
